System upgrade
bq2 was just restarted after a scheduled memory upgrade. It had an uptime of over 29 days and 21 hours. The Ubuntu server will need restarting soon, as some of the updates published recently require it. I ~could~ keep ignore them in the quest for longer uptime, but that goes against one of the other adages of keeping a system stable:
Change one thing at a time and test it.
There may seem to be nothing wrong with the server right now, but what if 3 months and umpteen updates later, I finally reboot? If it doesn't restart successfully, how will I know which one of the updates caused the error??
